Scenic Pointe is a charmingly decorated, 3 bedrooms, 2.5-bath townhome! Located in Hathaway Townhomes, a perfect location on the East end of PCB just 9 mins from the beach. The downstairs features luxury vinyl flooring with an open living/dining area, kitchen, and 1/2 bath, the garage is not accessible to guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All bedrooms are located upstairs and are equipped with smart TVs. Two guest rooms feature double XL twin beds that can be pushed together to make a modular king bed. The spacious master suite with a master bath, features double vanity, shower, and king bed. The walk-in closet has two additional fold-out twin memory foam mattresses. Pack & play and a high chair are also provided. Open back patio with a view of Shadow Lake the community pond! This unit also has a community pool for a fun day in the sun. This unit is conveniently located near all the major roadways that will get you to your favorite tourist destinations! If you're a traveling baseball family this unit is perfect for you! This unit is in close proximity to the Publix Sports complex!

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this unit. The renter must be present at the time of check-in.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.Please note that all check-in and check-out instructions are sent to you via text message after your booking is confirmed outside of Vrbo and Airbnb. As a small business managing multiple units, we have streamlined our guest communication by sending all important information directly to your phone through convenient links.

Your text message will include your door code, Wi-Fi password, and all the details specific to your unit. Door codes are sent at 8:00 AM on the morning of your arrival; however, they will not activate until 4:00 PM on your scheduled check-in day.

The only time a door code will work prior to 4:00 PM is if the management company has specifically adjusted your code and granted you permission for an early check-in.

Non-emergency issues are addressed in the order they are received. Emergency issues are handled immediately.

Our office hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 7 days a week. After hours, we use an answering service that takes messages and contacts us for emergencies.

Please note: if your door code does not work, this is considered an emergency and will be addressed immediately. Non-emergency issues submitted after office hours will be addressed the following morning.

  We had a great vacation, our men went fishing and the beaches are amazing so clean and since we were there before the spring break it was easy to get into a lot of the attractions even though some had not opened yet. We will definitely go back.

  The staff was very great and the time and money was well spent. The space was very clean and I loved how the staff were very accessible; there was nothing that I asked for that I did not get. The only down side that I had to the place was the lack of blinds on the back door. Outside of that, as the guest, I enjoyed my stay!!
