  The condo was nice and spacious for our family of 10. This 30 story condo was very overcrowded. The wait times for elevators was insane. The beach was so very crowded. I would not return to this location. The king size beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable and need replaced. It also is a construction zone up and down the streets of PCB. We were on the 13th floor and took the stairs more than the elevators which was very difficult and tiresome with 5 kids. This condominium is in need of some work for the elevator situation and the the overcrowding.

  Overall, this was a great place to stay. The property was super nice, very clean, very spacious, had lots of amenities, and was in a great location. For the cost, it was well worth the slight inconvenience of the elevators being super crowded and hard to get during check in/check out time and the beach being very crowded. We just got down early in the morning to claim our spot of the beach.

  Everything was nice at Tidewater Condominium and in our unit, 1302, except our experience with the elevators. One of the two parking garage elevators was out of order and at least three of the condos elevators were out of order. With 30 floors of guests this created long wait times when trying to go or come back to the beach and to leave the condominium.

  Great place and great condo - everything you needed was there including having beach chairs etc. Loved this place. The only negative thing I would say is check in and elevators was a mad house at 4:00 p.m I would do early check in if I stay here again.
