Little Palm: Welcome to the charming, southern quadplex with a modern beach vibe! Just a short distance from the beach access you’ll have fun in the sun all day long. When the fun winds down you’ll feel cozy, and at home in the newly renovated unit. Little Palm is a 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom that sleeps 5 comfortably. The master had a queen bed, and the spare room had a twin-over-full bunk. Vacation often makes us hungry and if you’re the chef in the family you will enjoy cooking with the new stainless-steel appliances. This unit has a private courtyard with pick-nick table as well as chairs for that afternoon nap in the sun. Little Palm is approximately 2.5 miles from Pier Park where you can check out local eateries and shopping.

Must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Please note that all check-in and check-out instructions are sent to you via text message after your booking is confirmed outside of Vrbo and Airbnb. As a small business managing multiple units, we have streamlined our guest communication by sending all important information directly to your phone through convenient links.

Your text message will include your door code, Wi-Fi password, and all the details specific to your unit. Door codes are sent at 8:00 AM on the morning of your arrival; however, they will not activate until 4:00 PM on your scheduled check-in day.

The only time a door code will work prior to 4:00 PM is if the management company has specifically adjusted your code and granted you permission for an early check-in.

This text thread is actively monitored, so you are welcome to reply with any questions, comments, or concerns during your stay.

Non-emergency issues are addressed in the order they are received. Emergency issues are handled immediately.

Our office hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 7 days a week. After hours, we use an answering service that takes messages and contacts us for emergencies.

Please note: if your door code does not work, this is considered an emergency and will be addressed immediately. Non-emergency issues submitted after office hours will be addressed the following morning.

  Mold on the ceiling over the main bathroom shower and shower floor cracked. Laundry room and vacuum cleaner smell moldy. WIFI network didn't work. Had to connect to the unit above us. Found 2 large Florida waterbugs in the unit while we were there. We reported the mold and shower 2 days before check out just to make them aware. Management Co. asked if they could send someone over to look at it and I asked that they not send someone over until we returned. When we got back to the unit, there were maintenance people there and the unit was overcome with epoxy and paint fumes. They had painted over the mold and epoxied and painted the shower floor. I had to open all of the windows and we couldn't go in for over 30 - 45 minutes later before the fumes were tolerable. I contacted the management co. and told them what had taken place and that my daughter has asthma. I was told someone would call me back to discuss this situation. 3 weeks later, have not heard a word from anyone. If you just need a place to stay and want to be within walking distance to the beach, then this may be ok for you. If you have higher expectations, find a different place.

  There were crumbs on the table, the dishes were dirty, the beds had hair and crumbs in them. We spent the first night we were there cleaning their unit for them, washing sheets and dishes, remaking beds, and wiping surfaces. Then, when I reached out on 2 separate occasions to ask for a cleaning fee refund, since we did that ourselves, I got zero response. It’s been over a week since I reached out. I will not be staying here again with the lack of professionalism I’ve experienced.

  From the time I booked to the time I left was a great experience. We had a little trouble with the wifi, reached out to the owners and got an immediate response that fixed the problem.   We had a great time in this rental. It is a short walk to the beach and the beach area was not very crowded when we were there. Mgmt was accommodating to an early check in. Rental was very clean and recently updated. Online pictures were an accurate depiction of the rental.
