This breathtaking, highly sought-after Condo located at Tidewater Beach Resort will leave you awestruck and wanting more! There’s a reason this condo has the nickname, Beach Haven! The Penthouse-style condo has two beachfront master bedrooms, a wrap-around balcony, and sunsets that will take your breath away! Beach Haven is a 2,248 sq/ft slice of heaven that sleeps 14 with plenty of space to spare. Tidewater has a plethora of amenities, including multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a large fitness center, an arcade, a movie theater, Starbucks, and the Waves Bar & Grill onsite for easy access. Pier Parks is just a short walk and has lots of exciting activities for families, and for adults. There are restaurants, Shops, a movie theater, bars, and much more! The sugary sand and emerald water invite you to relax and soak up the rays!

Beach Haven has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, A dining room table that allows you to watch the sunset while eating, and a wrap-around balcony for beautiful views! There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with Wi-Fi, and cable.

You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

There will be a cost of 60.00 in total for wristbands and parking passes. You will receive a maximum of 10 wristbands that must be worn by the adults in the party. Children under 12 don't require a wristband.

  The view from this condo is beautiful. The condo itself is wonderful. The beds are super comfortable, the unit is clean and super spacious. The only downfall is the elevators. You can wait upwards of 30 minutes for them. Just bring your patience and you will be fine.

  There was plenty of room for 9 people that was in our group. It was close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and activities. The only fall back on the rental was the floor weren’t as clean our grandkids and some of the adults feet were black from the tile floors, the elevators need to be fixed, had long waits. Over all it was a great space.

  Emerald Beach Rental company was quick to respond and very friendly to book with. The Unit was on the 20 floor with amazing views—BUT the elevators are a nightmare during busy times—it’s possible to wait and wait—30 min to an hour! Several times a couple of elevators were even down but were repaired quickly. The condo is exactly as the pictures posted. Beautiful and everything you need. We did not eat at Waves Bar and Grill. The condo has a pool on each side with a hot tub. We did enjoy the pool. The boardwalk leading to beach gets HOT! Wear shoes or you will get blisters!!! We enjoyed the Starbucks and Ice Cream shop but they don’t take Apple Pay. The gym is just OK needs updating. The arcade is a closet—for that size place you’d think it would be huge-it’s very small. We didn’t use the theatre because the movies being shown were old also you can’t even bring popcorn and a drink in.

  I would rate this place 3 out of 5 stars, just barely above average. Kitchen does not have enough utensils and supplies. Have 1 trash bag when we arrived as an exemple.
  Cleanliness is acceptable. Balcony is too tight. Took an average literally 15-20min wait sometimes even longer.

  Condo was great! Corner unit with great views. Well furnished although needs more sitting in the living room. Beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. HOWEVER, we will not return because of the long waits for elevators: 30 minute waits too long and occasional elevator operators during peak check in times would override stops on floors to accommodate those checking in. Great for those checking in, but terrible for guests already there. Stairs not an option when staying on the 20th floor.

  We had a wonderful stay. The view was incredible. We had 9 people with us and the space there was perfect. The only issue was we couldn't figure out how to lock any of the balcony doors or the main door We could not lock from the inside. But it was a amazing stay.

  Beach Haven is located in the Tidewater Beach Resort, which is ocean front and in a great location very close to Pier Park. It is indeed a HUGE condo, will sleep 12 easily, and is GORGEOUS! It was very clean and as it is a corner unit on the 20th floor the views were spectacular! A couple of improvements the owners could make that would make this fabulous condo even better would be better mattresses, as they were hard and squeaky. Also, the couches aren't very comfortable. They were roomy enough with just 4 of us using the condo but if you had a larger party there would not be nearly enough sitting room in the living area. On the plus side, the owners have left very nice beach towels in the condo, and even chairs and other beach toys/floats and that is much appreciated. I would recommend this condo, but again the most important improvement needed is new mattresses as I wouldn't want to stay a whole week on them. We were only there for 3 nights and we were there in February when the rates are lower. I wouldn't want to pay prime summer rates and be sleeping on those.

  Well, I walk in and already see damage. The hooks on the walls that typically hold jackets, hats, keys etc are basically hanging by a thread. Also, they were nice enough to leave the huge dirty air filter I hope they replaced in the middle of the laundry room. There was mold in the shower in the master bedroom. Was told by my guests it was the same in theirs. All the lamps were unplugged. Couldn't use both lamps in livingroom due to no power supply line to reach them. The fan in the living room couldn't be used due to the grinding sound it made constantly. Expected there to be a door to the bunk room and instead was just a flimsy curtain, completely had to readjust sleeping arrangements because of this. Would have been nice to know before hand. The beach things they have collected were thrown aimlessly in the closet and were lucky they didn't just topple over on us. My sister organized those and it was nice they were available for use. On a positive, the ac worked and so did the ice maker. The patio was nice with a great view. For the price though I was expecting more cleanliness.

  I have been renting from Vrbo for over 15 years and this is one of the two top rentals I have stayed in as far as providing essentials. There was laundry detergent, dishwashing tabs, beach towels, hand soap, tp and paper towels and all the skillets, and kitchen items you need ti actually cook for a large group. The location is great and the space in the unit is amazing. My only negative comment would be the elevators. They are definitely slow.
