Splash Fun Resort is located on the West end of the beach. 9th-floor condo. Tons of family fun at Splash Resort and plenty of water entertainment to keep the kids busy. Come visit the water theme park for the kids, outdoors with a poolside grill, bar, and lazy river. This condo at Splash Resort offers two bedrooms & two baths. In the master, you have a view of the emerald green waters & white sand that this area is known for. Beach chairs are included for your enjoyment. There is a FLAT rate of $35 armband & parking pass due upon arrival. $35 extra for one additional vehicle. Keyless entry no contact check-in. See you soon on the world's most beautiful beaches!!   Overall our stay was nice. Perfect weather and it was nice that our room came with 2 chairs and an umbrella. However, the condo itself needs a lot of work. When we checked in we were told we had to have arm bands to enter the pool area. We met several people that weren’t staying at the Splash that were just able to walk in the gates to enjoy the pools which is frustrating since we paid the money to stay there. Our washer had mold in it but didn’t say anything, I just didn’t use it. But we all had a great time on the beach.

  First off, the room was beautiful. Well decorated and made you feel at home. The view from the balcony was breath taking as well as the sunsets from the balcony. The pools and small lazy river is where we spent quite a bit of time. The short walk to the beach was awesome. The “water park” was definitely underwhelming. Pictures might hype it up too much, a splash pad with two small slides is essentially what it is. There is a ping pong table, but it is located at the parking garage, with no AC and no paddles or balls to play. The bathroom in the lobby closer to the garage elevators was terrible. How you can have a resort and a single bathroom look like that is crazy to me. Paying 3k for a resort and all the headaches that came with it aren’t worth it in my opinion.
  
  Despite how beautiful the room was, we will not be going back to Splash Resort. The resort is located on the West end of Panama City. Any time you wanted to eat the restaurants and piers, and attractions are on the east side. The traffic was TERRIBLE. 6-12 miles from the resort was the furthest things away, and you are looking at 45 mins to and hour and some change of just sitting there. Now pile that on top of waiting for an elevator for 15-20 mins of not longer at some times. Ruined the entire experience. How you can have two tiny elevators for such a huge resort is nuts.
  
  A couple small things with the room, the pull out couch has a nasty looking stain on it, it’s through and through. So there’s a bed cover on it but it’s too late for the cover up. Also, the second bedrooms bed is sunken in the middle. So kind of a bummer. Beautiful and clean room, but def some things could be fixed or improved.

  Communicating with Emerald Beach was easy. I was able to simply text if I had a quick question. The condo was clean & exactly as displayed online. Appliances were new & I love that it included a W&D. Checkin & checkout was easy. The only negative, is I wish the gym were better, but that is a reflection of the Splash HOA, not the rental company. Would rent from them again.

  We traveled to PBC for our grandsons World Series baseball. 3 adults and 2 children fit just right in this lovely condo. We were asked to report anything that was not working properly so I messaged about an item saying we didn’t even need it repaired but just wanted them to know. They had someone out that afternoon to make the repair. Super responsive and nice. The layout of the unit is great separating bedroom/bathrooms. We view from the living area and master bedroom was the highlight of our stay! Whether from inside or sitting on the balcony. Only negative is how very small the second bedroom was. It is not a deal breaker by any means but don't plan to have any room to move around. The kitchen was fully equipped which was so nice. There are lots of beach toys and personal water boards. Just FYI , you will need to bring your own beach towels, maybe an extra roll of paper towels and toilet tissue and cleaning wipes for the counters and table. There was a lot of mention about the elevators being so slow. Just allow a little extra time during peak times but otherwise it wasn’t too bad. We would absolutely book this condo again. It was great!!

  We had a great stay with some friends. The second room is a little snug but we made it work. It was nice to have our kids in the room with us but not in our bed! Perfect view! I would like to see a ramp to the beach in the future and newer or improved elevators.

  We loved this Condo, the rooms were very spacious and clean and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The major bonus for us with 3 young Grandsons was the beach chairs being offered with the room!! Less to carry with having beach toys and more to carry already. The pools and splash areas were all well taken care of and Security with the bar pool area kept everyone in check. Excellent place for children!

  We had a great time staying in this condo for about a week. It seemed like the property had been recently updated and was very nice. We had 3 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-7) and had plenty of options for sleeping. All of the TV's allowed for everyone to spread out and pick what they wanted at night if desired. The washer/dryer worked great. The unit even had a decent collection of beach stuff (sand toys, boogie boards, chair...etc) which was very nice so we did not have to buy all of that stuff just for one week. It also contained a pack-and-play that we used as a crib for our littlest one. If we go back to PCB we will look into renting this same unit again!

  This rental was fantastic...you can tell the owners take great pride and care for their property. The owners were quick to answer all my questions, no matter how small and were so very polite. The new appliances were all updated and I wanted to take them home with me bc they were fantastic. The second bedroom was the perfect amount of space for our 3 kids to spread out and not be on top of each other. My only suggestion would be so very minimal and that would be to change out the rugs (front door wouldn’t open over top, master bath rug slid out from under your feet and living room rug edges curled up and tripped us up a couple times).
  
  All in all we will keep this property on our list and book again!

  The condo is perfect! The view is perfect! The condo had everything that my family need for a weeks stay. The only thing that I would recommend would be some board games or card games for when the weather is bad. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

  My wife and I traveled with our 2 boys and had a blast a this resort! the Condo was super nice and clean! the Resort was super cool with the kids water park, the pool, and the beach just a few steps away!the view from the balcony was amazing also! the staff was super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay overall! highly recommend!
