The Lookout Unit 2021

A newly renovated, beautifully furnished 3-bedroom condo, located at the Laketown Wharf. This condo is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, and its master bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a private balcony with a Gulf view. The second bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed. Extra bunk in the hallway. Just steps away from the world's most beautiful white-sand beaches with private beach access. A convenient shopping area with Walmart just across the street and moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. The Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, along with many other restaurants. This beachside resort offers unparalleled amenities with convenient beach access, 5 unique pools, A kid's Funscape playground, Splash Bar & Grill, a Gulf View fitness center & covered garage parking. Laketown Wharf offers a variety of views including the Gulf of Mexico, a lake & golf course. Enjoy the nightly fountain & light show & market shops along the 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk.

These resorts host many people during the season. The wait times at the resort elevators may be delayed depending on the time of year and the volume of guests.

  Every thing was nice but the beds need some major attention or even new bedroom sets. The front door needs to be redone b/c we kept having issues with locking the door. The washer & dryer need to be checked b/c it makes a loud noise when in use.

  Andrea was the absolute best! She made our experience so great that I will continue to visit any property that she manages! Day and night she was there to help or explain any question I had. I work in real estate and customer relations is one the most important attributes when it come to the customer service industry. She blew it out of the park!!   The rental was clean but did have some issues. One of the bathrooms had plumbing issues, there were issues with the door locking and the oven didn’t work. Once I got in contact with management things were taking care of. Roger was the one that got things done, he was very kind and accommodating the whole time. He really made our stay better because after things were fixed we had a great stay and the icing on the cake was when Roger even reimbursed us for a day. Kudos to Roger and his staff. I would definitely Recommend this rental because despite of the small obstacles, we had a Great stay! Thank You Roger & Staff!

  Upon arriving, the condo seemed to be as advertised. The check-in process took approximately 45 minutes, and the staff was not very friendly. There were only four working elevators, and the restrooms by the lobby were filthy. The glasses were dirty in the cabinet. The most disappointing was the roaches in the cabinet which caused us to throw away all of our snacks and bread.

  We had a great week stay at this condo. Six of us stayed very comfortable in this condo. We loved having all the pools to choose from and easy walk to the beach. Great restaurants on the bottom floor of the complex. Only issue was elevators. Long waits, lots of stops and very hot. People would shove in when they were already full. We did hear they will be replacing them in the fall.

  The room and resort itself are gorgeous and perfect for families. However EVERYONE commented on how long it took to get on the elevator especially if there were more than one or two people trying to ride it. I know we waited 10 minutes multiple times to get our group on the elevator and sometimes had to split up and ride different elevators to finally be able to ride. Pools were freezing but it is only May so that was expected. Also water pressure in the showers was horrible. Still I would stay there again just not on the 20th floor lol but views were awesome.
